St. Louis 90-80 over Dayton
Dayton's 50+ game conference winning streak is finally snapped as St. Louis hands them their first conference loss in 4 years. After a close game throughout, costly late turnovers by the Flyers, and solid free throw shooting by St. Louis sealed the win. Through great ball movement (22 asts), St. Louis shot 10-21 from 3pt., getting a 3 from 5 different players. After this win, St. Louis seems to now be the new favorite to win the A10 this season.

Conference Tournament Round 1

(3) Xavier 87-75 vs. (6) St. Bonaventure
Thomas Swanberg scores 19 and Xavier never trails to advance to the conference quarterfinals. St. Bonaventure closed the gap to as little as 2 points with 8:40 remaining, but Xavier answered with a 14-1 run to put the game away. St. Bonaventure finishes with their second consecutive 4-23 record while Xavier will advance to face Temple.

(4) St. Joseph's 76-56 vs. (5) George Washington
St. Joeseph's shoots 14% better from the floor and easily defeats GW. Todd Foust grabs 12 rebounds along with 12 points, and St. Joe's shoots 5-6 from behind the arc. St. Joseph's will now face top seeded St. Louis in the quarterfinals.

(5) Umass 74-71 vs. (4) LaSalle
Davis Bailey's last second 3 does not fall, and UMass is able to defeat LaSalle. Luis Harris added 20 points along with 4 steals for UMass. LaSalle shot 12-21 from the FT line compared to UMass' 22-28. LaSalle finishes with yet another .500 record, while UMass will now face Rhode Island.

(6) Richmond 72-56 vs. (3) Charlotte
4 of Richmond's starters score in double digits as they are able to upset Charlotte. Charlotte couldn't find their shot, shooting 37% from the floor and 3-18 from the arc. Alex Mahn scored 17 points and added 6 assists while Reichenbach took down 9 boards off the bench in only 13 minutes for the Spiders. Charlotte finishes the season at 8-19 while Richmond will go on to play Dayton, the team they almost upset in the season finale.
