Is there some kind of logic in place that sets a limit on an IFA offer? I just got a player who was only on the market for about 2-3 days, with continued offers, but he signed the cycle right after I offered $40MM. Yes, $40MM. I’ve never had the opportunity to acquire anyone like him. Anyway, anyone heard of this?

I believe if your offer is much better (not sure what that exact definition would be) than the rest a player will sign pretty quickly.

there's a thread going around one of my leagues that people are hearing both players and coaches are jumping on offers much sooner than usual, but I haven't seen it. in a recently rolled-over league thru 3 cycles no coaches have signed, nor have any of 30+ minor league players I offered.
