Only 30 of the 44 Dynasty programs qualified for the NT this season. 6 more are in the PIT.
One foursome features 4 Dynasty teams...#1 seed SW Baptist, #16 seed Harding; #8 seed E. Central and #9 seed Nova Southeastern.
The 'Frequent Flyer' award goes to Puerto Rico, Cayney and Hawaii-Hilo who meet in an East Region 1st round game.
Two Top 10 Dynasty schools meet in the 1st round...Alabama-Huntsville and Hillsdale. American International, #13 on the Dynasty list, could meet the winner.
Two Pennsylvania schools, #3 seed Holy Family and #14 seed Slippery Rock, meet for the first time ever.
The top two Dynasty programs, #2 seed Colorado-Colorado Springs and #7 seed Pace, could meet in the 2nd round.
Another top 2nd round matchup could feature #2 seed Bluefield St. and #7 seed Henderson St. They are #6 and #4, respectively, on the Dynasty list.
Other matchups featuring two Dynasty programs are Valdosta-Franklin re Pierce; BYU Hawaii-Millersville; Lake Superior-St. Martin's; and Nebraska,Omaha- So. Illinois, Edwardsville
