* Differences from OL's (click for summary of the details):

1. Ballparks: limited to those from .89 thru 1.04 "ballpark factor."
This should result in a less batter-friendly theme, helping to make up for the unfortunate "10% boost to batters" added by WIS staff back when tremendous pitchers were way underpriced. (Open Leagues have now become sorta' slow-pitch softball.) The lower limit should keep it from getting too pitcher-friendly, too. And unlike OL's, the pool of ballparks will be dr (awn from all SLB-available fields.

2. Minimums: 4500 PA/162 for position players and 1250 IP/162 for pitchers.
Closest defaults to Open Leagues, which are 4800 and 1200 respectively.

And lest you think I've done OL's enough to give myself a big advantage, I've worked 7 players from the 2016 Cubs (Go Cubs!) in my own original roster (hot dog commish handicap). I think I can handle you anyway, so there.
