Just to be clear, no one has to win 61 games next season. No one even has to win 55 games next season. Those thresholds refer to three and two CONSECUTIVE seasons starting next year.

So, starting next year a team may not win less than 55 games in any two consecutive seasons... and must win a minimum of 160 games (average of 60 wins/season) over three consecutive seasons.
