I just checked the individual player card for each top 15 player on his team and literally 14 of the 15 were acquired via trade. I also spot checked some of the trades that were transacted

and they were pretty terrible. Not ab90 type terrible, but definitely either trading away a super talented young player under control for ten plus seasons for an aged talented player or one of those...
