but OTOH Jag I have also read that when you return those guys to AAA to EOY they also don't get a demotion penalty. So it balances out.

I dont understand how roster expansion time, all these promotions throughout the organization, and nobody gets a “promotion boosts” in ratings. Doesn’t make since.
