3/21 11:06 PM if it is harder to score there teams are more likely to try 3PA. And if defense is in position to contest shots, it is less likely to foul zachmissimo
3/21 10:45 PM stacking the paint will make it harder to score there, but nothing about it reduces the number of times a shot is taken. teams quadrupled Shaq, he still put up 20 FGs a game zachmissimo

3/21 5:50 PM 71% of fouls occur inside the 3 point line. 45% in the paint. In theory, stacking the paint should make fouls more likely to happen because there is way more opportunity for contact. so 12 FTs on a -5 is pretty bad deanod
