man I don't get it, you guys say there is a panel up top. Mine is just a square box with a submit post at the bottom. Is it because I have a new computer? I know LIVE still uses Java so idk if they updated the forums

1) if the picture is on the web, right click it. and select "Copy" -

2) Go to where you post and click in the big white box.

3) Hit the Shift Key on your keyboard and hold it. Look for the Insert Key and hit that at the same time.

Then you got it!

Note, if the picture is on your PC, replace the instructions for option 1) above with "If the picture is on your PC, go to where it is, right click it, and select "Copy"

yeah I tried that, the shift-insert. Found out its my computer. the computers at my campus have the tool bar at the top and shift-insert works on that. but my brand new home computer only has a box, and a submit button. and the shift-insert doesn't work on this computer. so problem solved, kinda
