A) The Broncos ran totally different offensive and defensive schemes under McDaniels B) McD clearly wasn't successful at knowing/maximizing on his team's abilities C) For all the talk about him drafting Tebow and how well he knows his tendences - Tebow never started a game under McDaniels. All of his starts last season came after Josh got fired. I'm sure he'll have some knowledge to share, but it'll hardly be game-changing.
