Still no Super Bowl titles since Spygate.

Coughlin's usually great with clock management but came dangerously close to costing his team a game. That Bradshaw TD run, he could have called for a knee to make the Pats use their TO - then kneeled again to run the clock down and kick the FG. That really could have bit them in the ***.

I think Coughlin had the call pretty well taken care of, Bradshaw just didn't execute when the Red Sea parted in front of him.  And that play was 2nd down, so they could have only run down to about 20 seconds before kicking the field goal.  Still probably what I would have done, but they were going to have to give Brady the ball back one way or the other.

Still...I'd rather have Brady with no timeouts and 20 seconds to get into FG range, than 57 seconds and 1 TO to go 80 yards.

And it's hard to blame Bradshaw - he was plowing in to get through blockers, then suddenly it was all open air. I'm sure he wasn't expecting a free ride into the endzone.

You can't spell "Elite quarterback" without Eli!

Wait, doesn't Bradshaw suffer from fumble-itis?   The Pats letting him score and putting it on a guy that hasn't won the SB since he was in his mid 20s with camera help was dumb and showed that Belicheat had no faith in his defense.

Another reason Coughlin should have called for the knee. A FG is never a lock, but if Bradshaw fumbles at the one, there might be renewed calls for Tom's exit.

Great defensive game though. Manningham supplied this game's version of the Tyree catch.

I can't stand any New England team, but considering who you're a fan of, I wouldn't be getting so over the top cocky.
