I was busy all day yesterday doing some car-shopping....Mitsubishi Gallant WOOT!...and was busy doing other things to post about the underwhelming Hawks.  Pluswhise, I watched more Bulls last night.  I'm hooked on Derrick Rose.

Hawks were totally mediocre on the roadie and my bet is now teetering.  Too bad only nickhead had the balls to take it...you guys could really rub it in.  Since nobody else did, nobody else has room to talk if we miss the post-season.  I still think we'll make it, but they need to pick it up and I'm hoping they can do so.

You guys can dish it all you want...thanks for ruining an otherwise fun discussion forum about hockey by turning it into a ******* contest.

Also, when, not if the canucks choke, and when, not if the hawks win another 2 cups before the canucks get their first, you'll never hear the end of it.

as a side - I was wondering when you'd claim defeat on that bet.

A Sonata is second on my list.  They are really nice cars and the one I just wrecked...thru no fault of my own...was about the best car I've ever owned.  I'm just waiting on my settlement from State Farm to see what I can put down on the Galant.  I told them if they can get me close to what the Sonata costs, I'd buy from them.  I bought my wife's car from them last year and they said they'd take care of a repeat customer.

I'm not admitting defeat, but I am admitting they are sucking big ***.  They just can't seem to figure out it takes 60 minutes every night to win...a lesson they should have learned last season.  Guys like Toews and Sharp bring it every shift, but too many guys just aren't into it every shift.

Really? I'm not sore about losing...It seems the Canucks and their fans are the ones who are sore...sore about getting spanked 2 playoff years in a row by the Hawks. Sore about choking away a great start to the series last season. Sore about NEVER having won anything.

No juskay, I'm not a sore loser. I'm just saying it's totally fine, you guys can hate all you want. All of us know you just hate us because we won and you didn't. You hate us the same way Toronto hates Montreal, the Bears hate the Packers, and the Mets hate the Yankees. It's a jealous hate, and that's just fine by me, but don't try and pass it off as having a logical or hockey-related basis. That's just denial mixed with jealousy.

For Flyers first and third in upcoming draft.  Maybe Burke has realized time to start from the bottom up and BLOW-UP the Leafs completely.

Well... I guess its just another season with no 1st rounder in philly. The draft is getting boring to watch ;)

Hawks fans - do you guys really think the hawks will be competitive again by simply bringing back the exact same 2010-2011 team with a few minor tweaks next season?

moy, the Philadelphia Flyers went from barely squeaking into the playoffs, to a Stanley Cup Final, to first place with essentially the same roster.

I don't believe for a second that Duncan Keith will have 2 bad seasons in a row. I don't think Patrick Sharp is as bad defensively as his +/- would indicate and I certainly don't think we've seen the best out of any of Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane, Dave Bolland, Brent Seabrook, Nik Hjalmarsson, Troy Brouwer, Nick Leddy, Jeremy Morin or Bryan Bickell yet and let's not forget Kyle Beach. 

But all this is meaningless moy. This season is not even close to over yet.
