Now I want a scotch.

For the record, I was never blocking juskay. It was just funnier to say I was, then say I unblocked him to get under randle's skin. Looks like it worked.

That was a game to remember. I felt my knees get weak when Toews scored the shorty. It was a gritty series. I have gained some faith back in Luongo but he's still a little scary. He come through when it counted though.

Next up..... the Preds.

I wonder how long idiotboy got banned for.

Randle is back on May14th..................

Hooray.  I'll be sure to keep him blocked.

Good luck next round boys, just don't under-estimate the Predators. They are a very well-coached team with a gritty defense corps and a great goaltender.

Canucks should have won that game by at least 2-3 goals. Rinne played great while the rest of his team looked kinda sluggish. Luongo played well too. If the Sedins could ever find the back of the net we could be in pretty good shape for this series. Kesler needs to score a goal soon but has still been very effective out there.

I thought the Ballard hit on Tootoo was clean. I guess the guy is barely 5 feet tall so its a tough hit to make on him.

...they didn't win it by that much cuz the refs don't want teams from Canada to win the Stanley Cup, under the leadership of Gary Bettman.
(did you see the refs arguing to not allow that goal?)

True.
They should move to Wnnipeg, but won't, now that Chris Neil is there with his sweet wife.

History shows that teams from Canada quit winning the Stanley Cup immediately after Gary Bettman became the NHL's full-time Commish.

So, Vancouver Canucks, please stop that trend THIS season!!!

(since my Montreal Canadiens, aka Habs, were reffed out of the playoffs)

GO KNUCKERS GO!!! (team in Canada;)

Is it just me or have the Sedins gone back to Sweden? I've never seen a team's top line been hemmed in their own zone more than the Sedins were in periods 1 through 3 last night. Weber and Suter were good and Rinne was excellent on the OT, but the Sedins better join the party if Canada's gonna see another Cup this year. Everyone (fans and media) should demand more from these two. I can understand maybe they were frustrated or nervous against the Hawks, but their perfomance in the first two games of this series is inexcusable. Luongo and Hamhuis have been dynamite and Kesler and Burrows are carrying this team offensively right now. Time for someone to tell the Sedins that this tournament is for the Stanley Cup.

Good luck in game 3.

I totally agree andru. I think the Sedins are trying to be too flashy all the time, making stupid passes instead to shooting. Another tough goal on Luongo but he can't be blamed for it. The OT goal was a great shot. Canucks need to score on the P/P and get the Sedins on the right page and things will line out. Rinne has been awesome.

Kesler came to play.......Great move by coach V to put Kes, Raymond and Higging together..

Kesler should be the captain of the Canucks. Yet another game we should have buried these guys but Rinne keepsthem in the game. Great series so far.

...and the referees are in the favour of the Canucks too. Arseholes!

Why can't teams win without cheating?
