oh god no!!!!!   now the rumors are the flyers are interested.  

It would be nice to see the flyers get Anton Babchuk as our 6th defender and Eric Cole to replace Leino (let him go).  Then sign Voracek and Simmonds.

So after all the recent moves (Carter, Richards and next Leino gone) forJagr and Bryzgalov.

Wouldn't it have made a bit more sense to trade one player (say Carter) for a goalie like C Schneider.  (this is only an example)  Then re-sign Leino and then sign Jagr????  Keep Richards???
I have always liked the Flyers but now after all the moves????  I am a bit worried about this team.  Jagr = Cancer in the room, and you don't have Richards to shut him up??

Wow Paul. This is the NHL, not the senior league. Yes, there is the case of Recchi, but he didn't go off and play in Russia for three years. I bet you he takes at least 75% of the shots. Why couldn't he just go off and get into the Hall of Fame? Why bother us? I even hear that the Flyers were prepared for a bidding war with the Penguins, but the Penguins weren't.

I don't think that Laviolette and Pronger, among other people, will not put up with Jagr's BS. Assuming Pronger gets the captiancy, I guarantee that Jagr will be after the job.
