Which 3rd and 4th liners are you talking about? Torres is the only guy we lost that played any amount of games in the P/O's. Glass maybe had 15 minutes playing time the whole P/O's. Lapeirre is still with us, as is Higgins. Hanson is back. Who are we missing?
Actually, Glass played 20 games, with an average ice time of about 7:30 per game. Raffi Torres and Glass along with Christian Ehrhoff have not been replaced. Those are big losses to the Canucks depth. Hodgson and Tanev are pretty good prospects, but they don't come close to being good enough to replace those guys yet. They also still don't have bona fide top 6 wingers to play with Kesler. Raymond, Samuelsson and Hansen are nice players, but I don't see any of them as top 6 wingers on a consistent basis.
Interesting that the Hawks lack a second line center and the Canucks lack second line wingers. How good would a line of Kesler, Sharp and Hossa be? lol
