Welcome and thanks for joining.

For those new to the WIS Championship, you will need 6 open teams in your team center.  You can start building your teams now.  The league numbers won't be available for 2-3 weeks.  You should buy your $15 Gift Certificate as soon as possible.

Here is the process that will take place for the WIS Championship.

1. Get 96 participants to sign up for the league.

2. All 96 must purchase the $15 gift certificate

3. I confirm with admin that all are purchased.  There is usually some back and forth as they try to find missing GC's (that what the confirmation code is for)

4. Once that's confirmed, I rank all 96 owners, which is needed for league alignment (this assures the top owners are spread out into different leagues)

5. I post the league alignment and select nine people to be the commissioners in the 18 leagues I am not in (usually 2 leagues per person)

6. The commissioners I select will build their teams for those two themes and open the league - then provide me the league number.

7. Then I will post all 24 league numbers and people can start entering their teams.

This entire process takes a good 2-3 weeks.

Here are the deadlines for getting your round 1 rosters in.

There are three deadlines. You must have at least two teams entered by the first deadline. You need to have at least four teams entered by the second deadline. At the final deadline, you need to have ALL SIX teams entered.

The penalty for being late is 1 point per team, per day late. The penalty points will be cancelled if you get all SIX teams in by the last deadline and have NOT accumulated over 5 penalty points.

The first deadine is Sunday, July 12.
The second deadline is Sunday, July 19.
The final deadline is Sunday, July 26
