I think its DiamondBacks, Orioles, Royals, Cleveland, Cubs, Astros, Marlins, Rockies, Padres, Reds & Twins

To get The CY Young award winner would take a lot. The talks would start with Josh Johnson & Hanley. Felix is a tic better than Justin Upton.

The marlins won't be added.
The Diamondbacks, Orioles, Royals, Cleveland, Cubs, Astros, Rockies, Padres, Reds, and Twins will be added to the draft pool.  This draft is going to be deep.
