Question I have is - why would Terry Mulholland even be considered for the HOF ? He had awful numbers.

The HOF has a committee that decides eligibility for all players, and the had to have played a minimum of 10 seasons in MLB, and there are other criteria. I guess his longevity helped get him on the ballot.
