Six Drafts Tournament V

A little over two years ago, I ran the first of four different "Six Drafts" tournaments. These tournaments were a big hit as a total of 304 teams were entered into these tournaments (72, 96, 64 & 72 respectively). Everybody loves drafts, but we hate slow drafts. This concept gives us short, fast drafts, where we get to make 3-4 picks per day. And we get to compete directly with the three other people we draft against.
Version V of the Six Drafts Tournament will be just like Version IV, where four people will draft players from a specified single season (this version uses the odd years). Remember that NO TWO players from the same team can appear on your roster so you will need to keep track of which teams your players play for as the draft progresses. If you draft a player who played on more than one team during the year, you may roster either version of his combined season as long as you don't roster any other players from that team (you must specify which team you are using when you draft a multi-team player and also specify partial or combined version).
Round 1
There will be 18 four-person drafts being held simultaneously (i.e., 72 teams = three leagues). All the odd numbered years between 1981 and 2015 will be used. The league alignment will be as follows:

Owners may sign up for as many as many as three teams, as long as they are in different leagues. I may open it up to more than three after enough time has passed and it hasn't filled.
Round 2
Any team that advances to the playoffs in round 1 automatically qualify for round 2. The alignment for round 2 will be based on playoff teams from round 1. For example, the division winners from 1981, 1987 and 1993 plus the wildcard team from League 1 NL will all be in the same division in round 2 (i.e., NL East). You will use your same roster for round 2.
Any changes due to salary updates will not effect the round 2 rosters. The cap will be adjusted to reflect the highest salaried team. No roster changes will be allowed.
Drafting Rules
Once four people have signed up for a season, a random draft order will be chosen for the first round. After that, each round's draft order is based on cumulative salary (lowest picks first). It's up to each drafting group to update the alpha list and salary totals / draft order (I can't run all 18 drafts). Drafts will be run in the forums.
Prizes:
It does not cost anything to play (other than purchasing your team). The Round 2 World Series Winner will win $50.

Injuries: Turned On
SLL: Not allowed
Multi-team players: No restrictions (i.e., you can use partial or combined), but once a player is drafted, all versions of that player are off the board.
Ballpark: Must draft a ballpark (must be a park in use during your selected season - for draft order, all ballparks cost $2 million, but that does not affect the $100M cap for the 25 players).
Team Name: Anything.
Division Alignment: Based on drafting group
After the draft is complete, I will allow people to make changes to their roster, on a first-come, first-serve basis for up to 48 hours after the final pick was scheduled. To close a loophole, you are not allowed to switch from a partial season to a combined season of a multi-team player that you drafted.
