Keep in mind that we had to submit rosters in tiers so those that submitted later would probably have lower quality players so I would expect them to have fewer drafted.

True, but in these two cases, ybjsports drafted 1600 IPs and took a bunch of Pirates.  brianjw drafted 2500+ IPs and drafted a bunch of sub 3M hitters..
