The theme is simple, but should make for some interesting rosters: Pick any team with less than a 0.29 winning percentage (24 wins or fewer in an 82 game season) and twist the roster to your heart's content. Any player that appeared on your squad, be it for 3 minutes or 3000 minutes is eligible. Each squad will be exclusive. To be fair, I will pick 12th.

Cap - $47,000,000
Waiver wire, clones, rookies - no
Stadium - Use the stadium your team used during their year of suckitude.

Here is a good website to get season by season win totals for teams. However, if someone finds a better website, please let me know.

LOL I was looking at that one.  Yeah Im not sure if there's another team even close

Well I hardly think we can get 24 teams, as there are only a couple good ones. But I will take the 07-08 Super Sonics

I had been considering this after I had a chance to review the available teams. Would anyone have any problem with me upping the win ceiling to 24?

nope

I upped the win ceiling to 24 wins/82 game season. This more than doubles the pool of available teams and gives us more parity. dh555 and benhoidal, you may change your team picks if you like.
