Time to turn on the lights for the long-overdue fifth season of Joes Not Pros (with all credit due to benjihall as the innovator).
Sick of Rodman, Lebron, Wilt, and others who show up in droves in every league? This league guarantees some unusual lineups and will make you think outside the box.
Every owner will pick 4 unique players whose best year is between $4 million and $7.5 million (Average Joes) and blacklist any 4 unique players (Pros). Both lists will be kept in the forum.
Each set of 4 Joes should include 2 bigs and 2 smalls, based on position listed by WIS for that player's best season. Small forwards can be either "big" or "small" depending on whether their next best position is PF or SG.
When everyone has selected both sets of 4 I will randomly assign each owner 4 Joes. Those Joes will then be blacklisted from the other owners. You can then build your team with any player not on the blacklist but you must include the best qualifying year of each of your Joes.
This is your chance to stick opposing rosters with lousy shooting percentages, loads of TOs and PFs, or just plain bad luck. (Of course, you may get some of that yourself...) Alternatively, you can go all nice guy and toss in some Joes any owner would be thrilled to have as building blocks.

Trades: You may trade your exclusive Joes to other owners, but only for equal numbers of Joes (i.e., if you give away two, you need to take two back so you still end up with four)
