Separately randomize the lists of small Joes and big Joes through random.org.  Then I go through the owner list (as posted on page 1), give the first two bigs and the first two smalls to the first owner, and so forth.  Make sense?

A reminder about rules and regulations…

• The cap is $48 million
  
• No rookies, waiver wire or clones
  
• You must use the best seasons of each of your Joes.  Those seasons should fall in the $4 million-$7.5 million range.  If any don’t, let me know and we’ll arrange for replacements. 
  
• Joes are exclusive. 
  
• All Pros are blacklisted.
  
• You are stuck paying for your Joes’ minutes, but you aren’t required to use them.  Feel free to hide (or minimize the impact of) a poison pill, if you think you can afford to do so.
• You may trade your Joes to other owners, but only for equal numbers of Joes (i.e., if you give away two, you need to take two back so you still end up with four)
