An Owner named Gin and Juice in (not sure of his current whereabouts) created a league known as the Parallel Progressive.

It basically went like this......
The Draft
The Eastern and Western Conference will have 2 separate drafts. Consisting of 12 Rounds.Meaning in each division.
You can start a drafted players career at any point and they continue moving forward.
We will not have IR. You will just roll over to the next season if a player is under 500 minutes (optional).
At the end of each season we will have cuts and a draft based on those cuts in each conference.
****More rules to come, Just don't want to put a bunch a stuff if no interest.*****

I am looking for a 5 season commitment from owners. I will develop a points system to determine the winner. (Which I will post based on interest)
I will personally put up a $100 WiS Gift Card to the Winner. And post the receipt from admin.
And of Course these leagues take a lot of work. Therefore I need at least 2 owners in each division to help out.

Also, each owner can have up to 2 teams.

PPL was fantastic. Depending on how much of the ruleset you keep (or if I like the changes), I'll be in.

Hmm. Interested.

two questions right now:

1. salary capped or no?
2. why only 9 drafted? We have literally the entirety of the history of the nba to choose from... should be easy/a requirement to draft a full 12. If no cap, it's no problem. If there is a cap, it requires careful planning!

Why not start players in any season? I like progressives, I'd probably join.

The only change would be the no IR. We would just skip to the next season. Looks like most of us interested are from the old PPL. So if anyone remembers the old rules let me know. Thanks Ash.
