I'm sure it's still open.  Sign-ups just go in fits and starts for most theme leagues, but I'm pretty confident this one will fill.  It's been a popular theme in the past.

I'll take a second squad - that makes 20 - people this is a great league Moses Malone by himself makes like 5 usually weak franchises much stronger

Im pretty sure you already took a 2nd squad bro.  I'll take a 2nd one if necessary even though it goes against everything in me... but I'll do what's necessary to fill the league.
