Zizzo Progressive League needs two owners.
This will be the restart of the Davkar Progressive League. The Davkar league was a standard progressive league. Here's a link to the

This time we will start with 1984-85 season due to the outstanding draft class and the fact that many of the stars of the 80's are in their prime making a very deep inaugural draft class.
We use use an ABBAABBAABBA draft format just like we with the original league - this seemed to work well. The draft spots will be determined by a random draw.
The league already has a solid core of owners many from the previous league.
Rosters will consist of 11 or 12 players depending on where you draft. We will use rookies rated 1-1-1-A to make up for any lack of minutes.
We will NOT have a salary cap.
Trades involving draft picks will only be for the current season and next season. All trades are subject to commissioner's review.
Draft order for subsequent seasons will be determined by previous season's W-L record. The NY State Lottery will be used to determine the top 3 picks in the draft.
Teams must use a RL NBA name current or former is ok.
So, if you're looking to get in on the ground floor of a new prog league this is for you. We're looking for a long-term commitment - basically this league will run for roughly the next 5 years real time. We move quickly through the offseason(s) so it does require you to at least check in every day or so to see what's going on. In other words this league probably isn't for a casual owner.
