Do you give people to the option to pick the other six teams not listed instead of say Sacremento or Washington- Teams left out are Charlotte, Det, Indiana, La Clipp, Miw,  & Philly- Just trying to drum up some buisness for you
Simplest way to say it: people can pick any team that hasn't been chosen by someone else.

what does the group think of this? honestly, i'll announce my pick today if it will help the process...
Commish gave you the go ahead. If we can get those 1st 2 picks made, I believe it may help get the next 2 teams taken.

i think spots 3 and 4 -- or any spots, actually -- should be attractive to potential owners. the top 2 scorers in league history are still available....and so is the greatest winner in hoop history....and so are oscar and magic and larry....no shortage of talent in this league. i can't wait to see where players end up.

They were the original teams prior to the delay of the SIM.  So we pretty much had a full league and then a bunch dropped out...  So those teams are available

Oversight, I think. It's an easy fix...in the meantime, I'll say it again: every team in the league is available...as long as that team hasn't been claimed by someone else.
