What's the rule for the decades league regarding years? Is 5960 season considered a 50's or a 60's decade? Thanks.

I suggest a platoon league as posted at a $47 million cap. All players at 2,200 minutes or less.

hey guys sorry - forgot I was even upped for this it's been so long - but I'm out - there's no way Im going to be involved in an ncih affiliated league anytime in the foreseeable future

I know.  ncih has been on the short list of the classiest and best owners in WiS that I have come across.  His leagues are fair, and he has always been more than reasonable.  ncih is one of the reasons that basketball hasn't already folded.
