If anyone wants Aldridge and Durant, I'll give-up the Longhorns and take someone else.  There are plenty of very good options left.

Same here for Michigan, with Chris Weber,  Glen Rice, Rudy T, Jalen Rose etc...

What about UCLA sptil into two teams? Wooden era (players in the NBA prior to 1980) and Post-Wooden era (any player after 1980).

There are not many good big men in UCLA after 1980, but I would like to build a team around Kevin Love's season.

I, for one, would be fine with this.  I think the $42 million cap equalizes things quite a bit.

Im not really able to look at the rosters right now. Im inclined to do it but want to make sure. Will let you know by the morning

I dont think there should be a blacklist period...42 mil cap is the great equalizer.  KU take a big Wilt with a good Pierce, and now you have to fill 12k-13k minutes with a remaining 22 Mil.  UCLA take a big Kareem with a big Walton now you have 24 Mil left and C is covered but PF has less than half the mins covered and no other position addressed.  UNC - a big MJ gives you 40 minutes of permium SG performance, but then what.  Worthy, McAdoo, Vince, Stackhouse, Lawson, Ford, Wallace, Hansbrough, Cunningham, and a bunch of others....with this team managing usage is a problem...HUGE PROBLEM

Understood but most colleges have a much less a diverse talent pool that these colleges. Where as most have only one or two options for a pos North Carolina may have 5 or 6. Same for a full UCLA roster and Kansas It will make a lot schools not competitve. Its about the amount of quality options they have not just the big names (which is a big reason also) vs the other schools

I can see both points.  There are just soooo many options for those big three schools that it has to make them a favorite, but the salary cap restricts so much, that it is still a pretty even playing field.  Idont think you can open it up to those three right now though, or you'd almost have to start choosing all over again.  I'd say go without em this time and see if it can fill.  If it doesnt in a couple weeks, then maybe set up some kind of lottery among owners already signed up who want to give up their current team and take one of the three.

I vote to keep it pure.  1 school, 1 team.  That is all.
