Yea, I'm out this time, but not because Miami isn't blacklisted. Although, my unasked for opinion as a neutral third party is that Miami is going to dominate.

You can get 8681 drafted minutes out of Lebron/Wade/Bosh, and then another 6k or so pretty easily from two 50 greatest guys, giving you about 14.7k minutes from all-star or better players. That leaves you with one or one and a half rotation spots where you have to play a scrub (big Z isn't too shabby with his 11.4% oreb / 16.5% dreb, either). You could go games where you get less than 10 minutes out of your non-all-stars - the Heat are almost perfectly designed for a league like this (the only way it could be better would be if Bosh didn't have such a down year statistically).

Actually, to even things out even more, I was thinking maybe the draft order could be changed to give some help to teams with a ton of depth (which doesn't really help since you'll be replacing players with guys from the 50 greatest anyway, but DOES inflate your ranking in the draft order as it is now).

Take the top 5 players from any team, add up their salaries. Rank the teams. Lowest top 5 salary picks first. Use that pick's highest year's salary (to avoid guys just looking for bargain versions of Michael Jordan or something to help their draft position),  add that top 50 guy in, and take a new top 5 for that team (including that top 50 guy, so one guy drops out), and then rerank the teams with that team's new top 5 salary included (i.e. they drop further down the rankings).

Repeat for all 50 players, so some teams will get 3 (with no team getting more than 3 or less than 1).

All that wonderful rational goes out the window when you look at the fact that Drafting the 47th or 48th best of the top 50 is not necessarily more help than hinderance.  Look at what Schayes did to the Lakers last League.  A guy who shoots that bad, yet that frequently can be an anchor.

Come on people, give me a chance to have the best record for a third time, so I can get cracked in the Playoffs a third time.
