Been waiting for a theme league like this one to try my Tigers.  Just so I understand, 12 players, 8 have to be from LSU (or whichever school), and 1 from within the same state, and possibly 3 more from anywhere as long as they are under $750k?

Correct excpet North Carolina, UCLA and Kansas they dont have the option to take someone within the state.  But they already have been selected.
