I will get in with the Texas Chaparrals

I see we have 2 Chicago Bulls teams and 2 Royals teams (Rochester and Cincinnati).  That might be pretty confusing, especially the Bulls teams

Also, I was thinking of adding a second team if that's ok.

I had already sent site mails to the 2nd owners of the Bulls and Royals franchises asking them to consider a different name. Sent earlier today, haven't heard back yet. We also have 2 Houston teams so I wouldn't object if we have 2 Chicago teams as long as one of them has a different nickname.

coled, I was also considering taking a 2nd team. We are now up to 21 teams so let's wait a couple of days to see if we fill, if not we can both take a 2nd team.

how are you deciding draft order for the initial draft?  And the team we select has nothing to do with who we can draft, right?  This is just a normal double progressive, correct?

I'm interested pending the answers to those questions.

draft order is determined by random.org. I will ask a non-league HF'er to do the random draw. Draft will be snake style, 1-24,24-1, 1-24, 24-1 etc. The team selected has no bearing on who you can draft, this is a normal double season progressive.

tkcronin has changed the Cincinnati Royals to the Buffalo Braves. I'm still waiting on the 2nd owner of the Chicago Bulls to change his team.

I am potentially interested, but 20,000?  That is crazy.  It is fairly easy to be a dominant team with 19,000.  Why such a high floor?

I have no problem reducing the floor to 19,000 although I think the 20,000 number will be easy to achieve in this league. I'll make the change to 19,000 however.

I am in another double progressive that uses a three player taxi squad given the large player pool.  Do you plan on doing the same thing?

No, I prefer not to do that.

dsp, i never received a smail from you concerning team names, just the smail about confirming if i was still in the league. if tk still wants the cincinnati royals he can have it. i know he has changed to the buffalo braves. i have no preference for any team.

in fact, i will change my team from the rochester royals to the Kentucky Colonels. let's give tk the cinci royals if he wants them. no problemo.
