80-81 Boston Celtics
Sorry, but it needs to be a team on or after 1984. Reason being is #1 seeds got a bye in the 1st round. That would only give you 3 prisoners.
Then I will take the 03-04 Lakers

change mine to 95-96 bulls

okay... I have a question:  Do we have to use the playoff roster only for all of the qualifying teams or is it for the whole season?  FOR EXAMPLE, the 71-72 LA Lakers (an ineligible team and thus the reason I chose them for this) had Elgin Baylor on the roster for a few games, but he didn't play at all in the playoffs.  Would he qualify for them?

I'm 99% in with the 94-95 Rockets pending the answer to this question.

This sounds like a Stockton, Drexler, Barkley, Rodman, Dream lineup with Thorpe coming off the bench huh.

sounds more like a 98-99 Spurs  question to me

Because the league is based on who teams faced in the playoffs, all eligible players must have been on the playoff roster. I think the simpliest solution is to load that teams roster when you are at the draft page. Use those 12 players as your basis, before you start taking prisoners and changing player years.

and just to clarify we can only take one prisoner from each opponent right?

Or better yet, Basketball reference has the playoff rosters for every team. We can use that as our guide.

awesome, onslaught.  I agree 100% with this ruling and thus I'm 100% in.  It also solves my minor dilemma as to choosing between worm & moses

(minor because I was going to take worm anyway, but if the ruling wasn't the way I thought, I was going to go with the 99 spurs as the felon mentioned).

Thanks Ash, great to have you.So it's the 98-99 Spurs?

I'm surprised we haven't drawn more interest. When this idea hit me, I thought it would only take a few days to be close to filling. I'll try to do some recruiting.
