My next three picks are Ohio, Cali pre-1990, and Illinois. All have plenty of talent. I've scouted the first two already, and Obio is stacked with strong pitching still, while Old California has intriguing choices as well. Looking for a better match, though.

Especially Interested in Dixie, Appalaicha, or New York.
