I only said it was allowed because there was nothing in the rules against it and I know people get so damn touchy when you try and change a rule.  I just find it so comical that after I asked very nicely for you to make a pick now all of the sudden you want to compromise and CHANGE A RULE allowing you to have a pick you clearly missed, no mention of it was made prior.

The whole point of the league is to have to make a pick based on the pick before you even if it sucks.  Passing destroys the whole point of the league. Why sign up for a league if you're not going to follow the point of the league.

Even the NFL changes rules mid-stream(Ray Rice) so is it that terrible if we do the same?

The next player, actually selected, needs to be based off "Jim Edmonds."  My selection, at 3:05pm yesterday, was to pass immediately to the next person, or let another 24 hours go by to skip me anyways.  My 18th round pick would have been Jeff Cirillo but we are now in the 19th round.

OK but you can't pick a player greater than 500K.  So pp is up with Edmonds

According to the initial rules, if you fail to make a pick within 24 hours, you will be fined and moved to the last pick in the draft. Regardless of reason. If an owner in here wants to "miss" a pick as part of a strategy, we would have to stand by that and allow it to happen, given the initial rules in the first post made by cstrohmeir.

so...everyone passes when it is there turn---in line with the rules until spot picks or it is round 25---at that point the picks will continue from this point in an orderly manner
