If he made a mistake and didn't realize the rule, he can still make a save by using 1916 Alexander (0.96 whip), along with 1907 McQuillan (46 IPs, 0.78 whip) and keep '18 Toney and be at $19.46 million - which is what I thought he was doing once he made the Toney pick.
He'd of course have to delete the Krause pick and pick somebody else.
