dilligafdbp, I was VERY close to taking Carlos Guillen instead of Ozzie Smith. I had his name typed in and was about to hit SUBMIT. Then decided to switch to Ozzie (due to better defense & more plate appearances). Losing Trammell and Guillen in the same round would've sucked for you.

Despite all the pitching the Astros have available, I didn't have the balls to leave both Biggio and Altuve unprotected in round 2.

Pretty sure I would've taken Biggio from you if you had left him out there.

schwarze, losing Guillen would have hurt!!!

'losing' Trammell not at all...Phillips was already penciled in as our 2B...

I always love losing someone not in our plans...

But Trammell is a shortstop. Are you thinking of his double play partner Whitaker?

I know he doesn't always perform well here, but I could really use some more innings of at least decent pitching. Willie Hernandez - DET

Willie H does ok if you keep his pitch counts modest. problem is it's nearly impossible to get all of his innings that way. I've even tried refusing to pinch hit for him and Sparky still wouldn't give him many innings. I got his innings by using him at Tandem B with 40 pitches, don't remember how much his performance suffered.
