By my count (and maybe I'm wrong), in round 5, which I think we're on since I updated round 4 (after Sheffield), I should be up before Oli35.  Sosa is who I was going to draft.  Juice sitemailed myself & Oli stating Oli was AB and me on deck, but according to Page 1, I'm up before Oli in round 5.

Uh-oh.  schwarze has two posts on Page 1 that contradict each other on Round 5 draft order.  The complete list for Round 5 shows hagebono picking before Oli35, but 3 posts later there are "Tie-Breakers" which show SF (Oli35) picking before Tor (hagebono).

The same inconsistency occurs for the Bos,Phi tie (thejuice6 and mpitt76) in Round 5.

I would not presume to speak for schwarze, but I will note that when I expressed some confusion about the Bos,Phi tie (I pick just before them), he pointed me to the Tie-Breaker Post as authoritative.

I didn't even look at Page 1 - I just looked at the list above (for Round 4) and assumed the order was the same.

I'm curious as to what the tie-breaker even refers to.  I don't see the rule explained anywhere at all on page 1.

It appears that Schwarze got a little confused when he posted the draft orders for several rounds. In round 3 Toronto was supposed to have the tie-breaker over SF, however he listed San Fran first in the draft order. Nobody caught this mistake until now.
Since Toronto missed an advantage over San Fran in the 3rd round, and in the interests of fair play, I will withdraw my Sosa pick and allow Hagebono to select next. If he wishes to draft Sammy Sosa, then I will pick after he does.
