I sitemailed him a couple days ago and he has not opened mine. I would give him at least until tomorrow nite. he has been a good and loyal owner thru many legs. perhaps life intruded. an extra 12 hours wont kill us.

up to the group, we can have the waitlist person fill in, then if Blue comes back, just take over the team, I do understand if life issues present themselves

uh, am I the only one who sees a Rule 5 owner with two teams as a major issue?

Well, not sure what else to do, I mean, I can see a potential issue, but since i have teams in opposite leagues, I want to make them best possible, we can throw in a rule where I can't take a player from my other team, if not, the waiting list person just sitemailed me back, I can offer him the Mets or the Royals, see which team he wants

you absolutely should not be permitted to draft from your own team. it's nothing personal, and I don't think you're trying to cheat at all. but that would be a massive competitive issue.

personally, I would much rather have the waiting list owner come aboard than have one owner with two teams in Rule 5. the draft is simply not appropriate for a two-team owner.
