I wish we had an enforceable Kangaroo Kourt...with all the late fines we'd collect from pini and llcoach, we could pay for a five-star party every leg.

There is a wait list and the fact the llcoach is consistently late with these deadlines, fact not opinion, why is it tolerated?

well I've tried to stay up to see if coach picked so I could be ready tomorrow but I gotta go to work in the morning so its gonna be tough for me to draft tomorrow with no warning. Am planning on Tuesday.

i am unavailable now until Monday afternoon.  Will also need a little time to examine the board. 

Still no word from llcoach. Will post keepers as soon as I receive his. Planning on a timed schedule tomorrow for the first round.

Just had an idea to encourage faster submitting of Rule V protects in the future. If we're ever in a situation like this (waiting on one owner), the understanding would be that the commissioner has the right to make protects for a delinquent owner. That way, a single owner couldn't hold up the entire league. It's something that none of us want, so it's a pretty good scare tactic. As for jstewart's point, I think replacing an owner is way too harsh...especially if it's an owner who has been a part of the league as long as llcoach has. 

It doesn't take much time or effort to select your 5 keepers for a league like this.   I say open it up to whoever is on the waitlist.

Well, sounds like something we should vote on or the commish should rule on. What do you say, sin?

I'm willing to do this either way: select llcoach's keepers for him, or contact AKlopp, who was next on the waitlist.  I'm also a bit hesitant to boot someone who's been in the league as long as llcoach has.  As I'm not in the same division as llcoach (he has Houston, I have Philly), would there be any objections to me selecting his initial protects for him?  If so, I can contact AKlopp later today to see if he's available to take llcoach's spot.

I agree with Holleybard. I do think it is harsh to kick somebody out who has been in the league for many many legs. pick his keepers if he hasn't chosen by tonite.
