Are we cleared to send R2 picks?

Good job ID2003 in round 1.  I'm disappointed in also only picking 5...darn

Barearse McCovey Howard, Frank Doby, Larry Abernathy, Ted Horlen, Joe Garcia, Mike

bah of course Williams gets through, but not McCovey... and much like last time the great pitcher I picked is the one it seems like almost everyone tried for.

Also, Howard, Frank should be Howard, Elston.

I dont know - after every round in the previous draft he *immediately* sent a sitemail asking for our next round picks

Thx poet, looks like some good players got through.

Anyone know the easiest way to search for round 2 players with the big blacklist?

I was debating between McCovey and Williams right up until I sent my picks, looks like I should have went with Teddy Ballgame.

I keep a master spreadsheet tracking all the picks, and bold the duplicate players there as well.  After each round I copy and paste the picks into this forum but the "bolded" names do not remain bolded and so must be "re-bolded" one at a time.  I have to drag the mouse across the letters of the name within each individual cell, one cell at a time and then select "bold."   It is a total pain and I appreciate it very much when you point out an error in this process.

After all the picks for a round are in, I combine them and sort them to double check to duplicate picks.  My spreadsheet always has the correct bolding, it is in the transfer to this message board that an error can happen - and yes, please continue to point them out.

Also, for the new people - I am guessing 25-30 or so errors will be made by people making their picks.  I will catch just about all of them right away.  I will send you a sitemail asking you to pick someone different as long as you make the change before the last batch of picks for a given round come in.  If you are the last guy to get his picks in, and you make a mistake picking someone, well, there's no re-pick on that.

It looks like 9 sets of picks are in and I sent mine to ejstockman, poetfred and grayfoxx.  Aside from theirs, which I will not open until they open mine.  I will start opening the others after lunch and a trip top the bank

Last game, there were 54 good picks in the first round, this time 52.  The first round has always been the bloodiest.  Remember, at any point you ay use on of your six picks to select a stadium.  In the event we run out of 1954-1975 stadiums, you will play in WIS field.
