I never thought about the trading aspect.  But yes.  If both teams stay under the 98,600,000 salary cap you may trade

id...  we take the stadium when we enter the team from the draft center into the league.  No reserving them.  I will have 24 unique stadiums.  Done this way to entice people to enter quickly after the draft
