Thought about that, but I don't think Posey's 2010 has done too well in the sim.  Hopefully he comes back from that horrible injury to post some great seasons.

I misspoke yesterday when I said Yaz was the champion at getting drafted in the second round.  I had my spreadsheet sorted wrong ("D2" was the second sort key instead of the first).  Our true champions have both been taken in the second round this leg: Don Wilson and Hideo Nomo, with 6 D2's each.  Maybe Nomo wins the tiebreaker, because Wilson's Astros have been used all 10 seasons, but Nomo's 6 selections have come in only 9 drafts where Dodgers were available.

Incorrect spreadsheet-sorting yesterday also led to my overlooking Petrocelli as a popular choice in the first round of the draft -- in fact, he's been taken 7 times as a D1, tying him with Mark McGwire, Cardinals.  Obvious reasons that Petro and McGwire do not generally appear with their home franchises.

In fact, Petrocelli has never played for the Red Sox.  Here's his history, starting with Leg 25,
Padres, Brewers, Royals, Padres, Royals, Expos, Royals, Twins, Doders, and now Phillies.

He's played for 9 different owners, too.  moneybonn (Legs 28 and 29) is the only one who has drafted him twice.
