Sorry about that. My scouts have been talking so much about this middle infieder named kubiak, I thought kubek mustve been a typo.

I remember the days of Tony Kubek and Joe Gargiola as commentators. I never cared much for them at the time.
I think we are way overdue for 2 new commentators for the World Series. I didn't watch much of it this year but when I did Buck and McCarver drove me nuts to the point that I eventually had to turn the volume on mute. Does McCarver really think that baseball fans that watched the WS really needs to have every F'in thing that happens analyzed to the Nth degree? Here's some news for you McCarver... People that watch the WS that aren't baseball fans don't really care and those of us that do don't need you to tell us what we already know!!

you know i agree about the commenation also. i love mccarver, but i haven't listened to those 2 for a while...and they were way to analytical i think...my mom is a big fan, and said she didn't like the guys on t.v ( i had been listening while working to radio, and enjoyed valentine and orel immensely)...i thought kubek was great: honest and insightful, and joe was great and knew his baseball astutely...i thought kubek as good as you get...of course mr scully taught us the game, gl all
