Were you trying to draft the Bob Miller who is a starting pitcher?  If so, he's already taken.  I highly doubt you meant to draft Bob Miller the reliever, who only plays in 1962 and has an ERA over 10 in only 26 innings.  Sitemail sent, want to clarify before i update the boards.
