The first baseball book I remember reading as a kid in the 80's was his book--mostly about all the jokes and pranks he pulled, from what I remember...

Torn between a very good bat/terrible glove and a so-so bat/good glove, I will split the difference and take a decent bat/decent glove.

If he's the one who played for the Mariners & Nationals, I drafted him in the 5th round...

I'm going to make my picks a little bit early, as I am stepping out for the evening. Coolmay hasn't picked yet, so if he wants any of the following guys in the next 15 minutes, I'll repick:

Team #2 takes RP Hal Haid
Team #1 takes RP John Johnstone

That's not the one that is marked off on the master list - it shows the 2010 version being taken by you.

Since I guess that means the master list is in error and the 2005 Morse is gone, I'll go with Rick Reichardt.

EDIT - re-reading this, I think it comes off a little snarky.  Not my intention!

So here's the Michael Morse issue:

For some reason he is listed as having a first season TWICE (2005 and 2010). This is the same guy. I am sorry that I didn't pay more attention to this, I just copied things over from the search engine to make the draft list without cross-referencing through baseball-reference or some other site.

Again, this is WiS' screw up, but I'm sorry for any confusion this caused.
