Amazingly we may need a replacement owner. Hybrid1486 sitemailed me yesterday and said his draft time conflicted with his work schedule and asked to be replaced. I sitemailed him back and suggested he send me a proxy list. I did not hear back yet. Then I sitemailed him back and suggested he just make his pick after work if he didn't want to do a proxy pick. Have not heard back.

It used to be people took some responsibility and had some pride when joining a league. I understand real life sometimes gets in the way of our little play world here but my suggestions seem reasonable and workable to me.If I don't hear back from him by tonight I will assume he bailed out and even though I don't want to I may have to suspend the draft. Another option would be for me to draft for the team and try to find a replacement. I would rather not be drafting for 3 teams in a 16 team league-seems a little silly but if any of you have some feedback please let me know.

A third option would be to not insult the integrity of owners who have a problem and give them such a short leash.  I've walked away from this site for years at a time before, I have no problem doing it again.

I wouldn't blame you. But in your sitemail you indicated that you didn't want to continue. What else was I to think?
