125 mill, NO CLONES, ww-no, PI-no, No ties, Trades yes-12 votes to veto, Average ML, max 2 players out.

Max D-rating on Defence is 50 or less, Max D-rating on Forward is 70 or less. Goalies are open field.

If this goes, I'm in. But what does "draft by birthplace" mean? All players have to be from same country?

No "Birthplace" means draft players born in any other country but Canada or USA. NO Canadian Or American born players allowed.

I was thinking about running a birthplace theme league but using the Canadian Provinces, USA, Russia, Czech Republic, Sweden, & Finland.  Basically, use 2 versions of each of the 12 teams.

If you need hlep filling this league I may join when it starts to fill up.  I run a place of birth league in baseball & it usually fills up quickly!

However, I'm not a fan of roster limitations & duplication of players.  I posted in the forum some teams I made with specific Canadian Provinces & the 4 other countries that can field a competitive team.  You can check it out if it helps people get interested in this theme.
