Do we have a commish or vote like in open leagues? So much seems to come down to the draft and therefore draft position. So when I draft I pick a player and the year  want of him but regardless of year no one else can draft him, is that correct?

Synoid is in. jsa is not. HB is on the fence still and have not heard from the others.  trying to recruit. We always have a drag period before we fill too.
Looks like we are in it.
