One of habfan1's many wonderful, competitive leagues (and I don't say that just because it gave me my first TOC). $100M cap makes any franchise viable. Above-Average AAA should fill a position-player hole in any franchise's history. We'll wait until the 2015 players come out to begin.

Eligible Seasons: 1976-2015
40 Games Live required for playoff eligibility; playoffs must be played live.
AAA: 6/4 Above Average, auto-selected, fictional names
DH: No
Trades: No
Waiver Wire: Yes, within theme
Teams: 24 or bust
Playoffs: Must be played live or forfeited
Franchises: Select when you sign up
Alignment: As close to current as feasible

You may combine two 1992/1997 expansion franchises (Florida, Tampa, Arizona, Colorado).
